Learner Voice

Your Voice Matters

Your experience matters to us. Whether you want to share what’s working well, suggest improvements, or raise a concern, we’re here to listen.

How Can You Share Your Voice?

With several feedback channels, it’s easy to have your say:

Talk to us directly

The quickest way to get help is often the simplest. Have a word with your tutor or any member of our team. They’ll either sort things out on the spot or connect you with someone who can.

Use our feedback form

Pick up a compliments, comments and complaints form from reception or ask your tutor for one. It’s an easy way to tell us what you think, celebrate something that’s gone well, or share ideas for how we could do better.

Email our quality team

Your opinions matter here, and we make sure they don’t just stop at words.

When We'll Ask for Your Input

Class visits and observations

Occasionally, colleagues may sit in on sessions to check how things are going. If they ask about your experience, please do share your thoughts—it helps us keep improving.

Course evaluations

Towards the end of your course, your tutor will ask you to complete a short evaluation. Your honest feedback helps us shape future courses, so we'd really appreciate you taking the time to fill it out.

Follow-up surveys

We might also get in touch by email, phone, or post to hear more about your experience. Taking part is entirely up to you.

Ofsted Learner View

Learner View is an independent website where you can rate your experience with us. Your feedback is confidential and helps Ofsted understand what it’s really like to learn here, not just during inspections, but all year round.
