English and Maths to Level 2 would be beneficial due to the amount calculations and written evidence required. Learners will also need a good level of IT skills to be able to access and navigate the learning platform and keep in contact with their personal tutor, access to a computer, laptop or tablet device with access to the internet.

Course Overview
This course is aimed at people who want to go into the event management industry or want to set up an event malmanagement company of their own. It can also support people who wish to simply learn how an event is set up and ran as well as evaluated. This is an excellent opportunity to gain an accredited Level 2 qualification as well as access to an award-winning online e-learning platform.

How will my learning be assessed?
During the course our teachers will be marking and assessing your work as well as giving you positive and developmental feedback to ensure you are making the uppermost progress. You can also request to speak to one of our teachers to check your progress.
Clear deadlines will be provided for each unit to ensure the qualification is completed within the set time frame.
Completion and progress on each unit is clearly identified on the learner’s online dashboard.

Additional Information
You will be expected to complete a series of online assignments which will be set by our teachers. These will be in units to allow you to work through each one in a streamline manner.
You will be completing work in relation to each unit, which a range of activities and questioning to allow you to demonstrate your knowledge and understanding. You will complete this online using the online platform.
