Course Overview
This course has been specifically designed to support learners with their level of assertiveness.
You will explore your own attitudes and how your assertiveness is affected and analyse how your own reactions have an impact on how you deal with situations. Recognise key implications and benefits of assertiveness
You will gain an insight into the reasons why lack of assertiveness occurs. You will then be able to look at ways of how to become assertive.
What will I learn?

Explore a situation in which assertiveness can be used to achieve a desired outcome Consider a situation in which you may need to be assertive Look at a way to address the situation
There will be an opportunity to put your learning into practice via group work.
