How equality and diversity relate to the community, they would then be able to relate this to their own employment, volunteering, or other aspects of their lives.
How equality and diversity in the workplace impacts their working life and provide them with opportunities to reflect on their own workplace.
How is the course delivered?
You will be learning online at your own pace via our awarding winning e-learning platform. You set the pace of your own learning and you will have access to our professional accredited teachers also.
How will my learning be assessed?
During the course our teachers will be marking and assessing your work as well as giving you positive and developmental feedback to ensure you are making the uppermost progress. You can also request to speak to one of our teachers to check your progress.
Additional Information
You will be expected to complete a series of online assignments which will be set by our teachers. These will be in units to allow you to work through each one in a streamline manner.
